Maths is all around us and we use regularly in our daily lives, we aim to ensure that children are aware of how to apply learning to every day scenarios practically. We encourage the application of principles of Maths in real life situations. The teaching of Maths includes a wide range of books and demonstrations for children that foster logical and positive thinking and ability to apply functional mathematics to give children confidence in enjoying learning arithmetic. We consider it is important to that high levels of mathematic literary in all our students.  Our teachers are trained to meticulously develop and teach the mathematical concepts of fractions, spatial awareness, geometry, area, etc. It is important that children explore with a hands-on, minds-on attack in a problem solving environment. The textbooks are chosen keeping in mind that it should contain many worked examples followed by a host of rigorous exercises. Each chapter will contain summative exercise and teachers will keep revising the principles till every student understands and able to solve the problems and also by employing play-based learning, for example through the use of puzzles, tangrams, constructional materials, shapes, patterns, etc.

It is said that pure mathematics is, in its way, the poetry of logical ideas. Without mathematics, there’s nothing one can do. Everything around us is mathematics and numbers. Mathematics is as much an aspect of culture as it is a collection of algorithms.  Hence we lay great emphasis in teaching maths and want our every student to be comfortable with numbers.
