TBPSB is so much more than an educational institution. Apart from learning, we also focus on the development of children’s social, emotional and physical well-being and aim at giving a balanced development through a blended learning Profile.

We also focus on enabling our children towards our rich cultural heritage and values. The spirit of service mindedness, community and togetherness is imbibed right from the beginning. The student will be taught, whether by direct or indirect methods, to be honest, hardworking, respect elders, adjusting and be compassionate, and also have trust and work selflessly to succeed in teamwork.

Equal emphasis is placed on having proper systems in place and continuous reporting. Formative assessment (also known as continuous assessment) is an integral part of the learning and development process. It involves teachers observing children understand their level of achievement, interests and learning styles, and to then redesign learning experiences to tailor-fit each child reflecting those observations. A fair and unbiased opinion is shared with parents continuously. A comprehensive record is maintained for each of the children apart from anecdotal notes. 

We give equal importance to have a disciplined regime and child routines. While ensuring the methods are not banal, we believe in having fixed routines and child adopts a disciplined approach in whatever she/he does. Only discipline and commitment can ensure quality. We slowly make our students aware that quality cannot be compromised and whatever they do, it should be the best and should reflect professionalism. This trait is driven right from kindergarten level diligently by our teachers. We also have reporting and assessment system on parental involvement and child’s progress.
