Padmini Naidu, by qualification, a commerce graduate and a Fashion Designer from J.D. Institute of Fashion Technology, Bangalore is the franchise holder of Maple Bear Kanakapura Road Center. She also did a certification course in Food & Nutrition from IGNOU.
Her passion towards kids had driven her to join Little Crest Pre-School as a faculty member and later had set up her own Day-care centre at BG Road, Bangalore. After gaining experience, she took MapleBear Franchise to set up a centre at Kanakapura Road which over a period of few years became a renowned early learning school and was continuously recognized as the best preschool in the whole of Bangalore South. In her continued quest for excellence in the field of early learning, she endeavoured to start a Waldorf inspired TBPSB school. She believes the way forward is to have a blended curriculum to give the best possible learning experience to children and be recognised as a global school with Indian cultural values. Patience and love for kids are her core strengths. Her idea of a perfect day would start with kids and end with kids. During her free time, Padmini loves to play veena and also loves to travel.
Murali Krishna B.V.

Murali Krishna, a cost accountant by qualification and an entrepreneur by passion had served in Govt of India as an officer in The Central Excise and Customs department for about 10 years and had later moved to the private sector. After working in the corporate sector for about 7 years, he moved on to pursue entrepreneurship and in the field of start-ups. With a sole aim of bringing internationally acclaimed teaching methods, best practices and curricula at a very affordable cost to parents, he had set up TBPSB in association with his father B.J. Rao and Padmini. He believes without his family support, the school would have remained just a dream. He has two children, daughter- Alekhya Krishna and son Anish Krishna. Daughter is pursuing a Design Degree at Ahmedabad while son studies at a PU College in Bangalore.
